Our Return & Exchange Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your fishing equipment. All items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Note on Special Items: For the safety and hygiene of all our anglers, certain items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Fishing hooks (all types including Bucktail Jigs and Casting Jigs)
  • Clothing items (including Button-Up Shirts) that have been worn or washed
  • Drinkware that shows signs of use

How to Return or Exchange an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order:

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping address
  • Specific instructions for your return

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging and include:

  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package

Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Note that your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email if requested.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your fishing gear arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging
  3. We’ll arrange for a free return shipping label and expedite your replacement

International Returns

For our international anglers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Follow the same return process
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs fees/duties are not refundable
