Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Options

We offer two reliable shipping methods to get your fishing gear to you:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

International Anglers Note: We ship worldwide (excluding Asia and certain remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We stand behind our fishing gear just like we stand beside you on the water. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll make it right.

Return Basics

  • 15-day return window from the date you receive your order
  • Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging and receipt/order confirmation required

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • All types of fishing hooks (including Bucktail Jigs and Casting Jigs)
  • Clothing items (including Button-Up Shirts) that have been worn or washed
  • Drinkware showing signs of use

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order:

  • Subject line: “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”

Include this information in your email:

  • Order number
  • Item name
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Your preference: refund, store credit, or exchange details

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you:

  • Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return shipping address
  • Specific return instructions

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package the item(s) including:

  • Original packaging
  • Copy of your order confirmation
  • RMA number clearly visible on the package

Shipping Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. For damaged/defective items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll provide a free return label.

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds: Processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal). Note that your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
  • Exchanges: We’ll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after receiving your return.
  • Store Credit: Issued immediately via email if requested.

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • Follow the same return process
  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Customs fees/duties are not refundable
